Whilst many existing Registries (such as NSI and Melbourne IT) hustle around trying to maintain their monopoly positions, yet tell us constantly how they are working on Shared Registry code, AURSC has this already available.

Anyone can establish a TLD. You need a policy to submit with your application. And saying that you want to make money isn't going to get you a TLD :)
